There is plenty of parking right outside the door and payment can be made by either cash or card.
A gift voucher can make the perfect present. These can be for a particular treatment, a monetary value or we can tailor the perfect custom package.

LOCATION
The beauty room is based in Southfleet, Kent and there is plenty of free parking available if you are travelling by car.
The address will be confirmed in your booking confirmation message which will be sent a day or two before your appointment.
Upon arrival, please head to the wooden side gated located next to the garage, press the bell and I will come out to collect you.
CANCELLATIONS
A reminder will be sent out 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of your booked treatment. This also applies if you fail to arrive for your appointment.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more later than your appointment time, your treatment will either be shortened or cancelled without notice and full treatment costs will be payable.
PATCH TESTS
A patch test is required prior to any initial lash lift and tinting treatments. This test needs to be carried out at least 24 hours before your first appointment.
Please ensure you have booked your patch test if you are using the online booking system.
Patch tests take no longer than 5 mins and you will be required to leave the product behind your ear for up to 24 hours to ensure no reaction occurs.
PREPARATION
I request that clients attend make-up free for any facial or lash treatments however I do understand that this is sometimes not possible and in these cases, I can remove your make-up for you.
Wear loose, light clothing to make your treatment as comfortable as possible.
UNDER 18's
Treatments are available for under 18's, however a parent or guardian consent will need to be given and the consenting adult must remain in the room whilst the treatment is being carried out - this is non-negotiable and is a requirement for insurance purposes.
